The 8th Annual Montana Herb Gathering,

No Plant Left Behind

Hyalite Youth Camp,

18 miles South of Bozeman, MT

in the Gallatin National Forest.

The MHG is an opportunity for herbalists to meet, confer

and have a great time in celebration of the plants;

offering classes for the beginner to the advanced herbalist.

 
This year we are pleased to offer an extra 6.5 hour
intensive on Monday Aug 4th
Join us and our distinctive presenters for a special in-depth
class designed to engage and entice even the most
experienced herbalist, continuing education
opportunities are rarely this approachable or fun!

This is a camping event with a staffed Work Study community

kitchen at an off the grid camp that has a back up generator,

showers, flush toilets, rustic cabins (bring bedding & sleeping pads etc.),

teepees, private tent camping options (bring your own tent)

and fire pits all on the lake.

Utensils and plates will be provided,

but bring your own mug for the Tea Kitchen.

The food will be prepared by executive chef

Steven Kuntz of Call Steven Catering

You will have the opportunity to enjoy yoga classes

with Linda Welsh of Sage Mountain Center

Returning this year will be the Tea Kitchen,

Silent Auction and The Botanical Ball!

Palisades Falls

This year the Montana Herb Gathering is continuing

with a community minded approach to our meals.

We are offering a staffed Community Kitchen where your

food donations will be added to the meals.

Your organic garden goodies and preserves will add to the

yummy offerings from the kitchen.

Please no dogs. Pets will not be allowed.

Hyalite Reservoir

Hyalite Canyon offers many opportunities for

hiking, biking, canoeing, boating

and of course looking at and for medicinal plants.

We re-awakened the herbal spirit with the '07 MHG,

and it's great to be back!

This year will also be a delightful treat for your mind, body and spirit.
