Prices for Registration

Due to rising fees, MHG does not accept credit cards

Check in for the event begins at 6:00 a.m. on Friday July 19, 2013.

If you arrive earlier then this you are responsible for providing your own lodging and food.  Meals will begin with Lunch on Friday, July 19.

3-Day Event Price: Friday July 19 - Sunday July 21

Early Bird rate until May 20 (includes meals and lodging) $152.00

Regular price, starting May 21 (includes meals and lodging) $202.00

Student rate age 13-17 (includes meals and lodging) $75.00

 

Monday Intensive with Paul Bergner or Susun Weed: July 22

$100.00

 

 

Single Day Rates (if you can only make it for one day):

Friday July 19, Classes w/meals $60.00

Saturday July 21, Classes w/meals $116.00

Sunday July 22, Classes w/Breakfast & lunch $86.00

 

People age 13 and up who don’t want to attend classes:

i.e. bring your whole family, we won’t make them study!

Per Day MEALS and LODGING ONLY (no classes) $30.00 per DAY

Per Day MEALS ONLY  (no classes, no lodging) $12.00 Per MEAL

 

Work Trades for 3-day event:

(Note:  Work Trade positions do not include Monday Intensive.

Work Study: work ½ pay ½ (9 hours work) $100.00

We are looking for Pre-event work trades and on site work trades.

 

Kid Care in the Fun Zone ages 4-12

Fun Zone operates during class times ONLY.  Includes food and lodging.

Fun Zone for 3-day event: $38.00

Fun Zone for Monday Intensive $10.00

 

Vendors

Do you have things you want to sell in the Herbal Marketplace?

Vendor Booth: additional fee of $40.00

There is only TENT camping available this year.

For those of you who wish to spend a little bit extra, Symes Hot Springs is offering a 15% discount of rooms and RV spots for MHG attendees during the event.

All attendees can purchase a daily Soaking/Shower pass from Symes for $4.00.  (This will be your chance to shower and soak).  You must show your MHG punch card to get the discount.

Refund Policy:  No refunds will be provided after June 19, 2013.

MHG will retain a $25.00 adiministration fee for ALL refunds before June 19.
